Returns

In Store Rugs: Shehadi's will accept returns of stock rugs within 7 days of purchase for full refund. Rug must be unused with no wear, stains, or animal fur present.
Ordered rug in alternate size: Returns will be accepted within 7 days of purchase with a 30% restocking fee + shipping costs for orders of different sizes than is available in stock in store.

Broadloom / Roll Runners / Custom Rugs : There are no returns on broadloom pieces and custom made rugs unless there are clear manufacturing defects or dye batch variances beyond industry standards.

We will not accept any returns if the following applies:
-Any alterations were made to the rug. i.e. fabrication, removal of fringe, serging of ends
-Clearance rugs
-Custom made rugs

*Please note that rugs vary in dye batches as well as sizes. Returns will only be accepted if the difference in dye batch is beyond industry standards or the size varies more than +/- 3%.

There are no returns on rug pads as they are cut off the roll.
